How can I return my order?

The estimated delivery time has been exceeded. Where is my order?

In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time.

Unfortunately, there may be delays in the delivery of an order.

You can check the status by sending an e-mail to our customer service. Please include your order number and send the e-mail from the same e-mail address you used to place the order.

When can I expect my order?

We believe that you should not pay too much for a desired product, so we deliver the products directly from our supplier.

This saves on shipping, storage and packaging costs and allows us to offer the products at a competitive price.

The time frame for processing orders is divided into parts:

Processing time: the order is approved, quality checked and packed. All orders are forwarded to the fulfillment center for shipment within 48 hours of order placement.

Delivery time: This refers to the time it takes to transport the goods from the fulfillment center to the final destination.

The delivery time is usually 7-14 working days.

Where can I find my Track & Trace code?

You can track your parcel with your 4- or 5-digit order number (#xxxxx) and your e-mail address.

The track & trace code does not provide any information, how is that possible?

Tracking information is available from the time your parcel arrives with the carrier. Please note that there may be delays and it may take a little longer for the information about your order to be forwarded.
